我有一個問題想請教各位專家:
To prevent injuries from over-exhaustion in high-intensity work, the
International Labor Organization (ILO 1983) has recommended that
the average heart rate at work should not exceed 150 beats/min. And
the peak heart rate should not exceed 180 beats/min.
The physiological basis for these recommendations is unclear to me.
Are there any scientific basis for the recommendations?
I have searched it for a long time, but it is still not available.
If you have any literature supporting the recommendations,
please inform me as soon as possible. Thank you very much!
