想請教大家什麼是"wolff's law"!!
我上網查了一下,可是有關這方面的資訊很少!
而且知識的回答跟我上網查到的東西不太一樣,
所以來這裡請教各位!謝謝大家~

以下是我以前上課「運動治療與復健」的資料，供作參考。
Wolff’s law states that bone and soft tissue will respond the physical demands placed on them, causing them to remodel or realign along lines of tensile force.
Therefore it is critical that injured structures be exposed to progressively increasing loads throughout the rehabilitative process.
