任何藥物之使用皆需遵照醫療用途指示
下列禁用物質及方法不論任何時間(賽內或賽外)皆在禁止之列
禁用物質
S1同化性藥物
禁止使用同化性藥物
1.同化代謝雄性荷爾蒙(AAS)
a. 外生性*同同化代謝雄性荷爾蒙(AAS)包含下列藥物：

ｂ. 內生性**合成代謝雄性荷爾蒙：
androstenediol(androst-5-ene-3β,17-diol);androstenedione(androst-4-ene-3,17-dione); dihydrotestosterone(17β-hydroxy-5α-androstan-3-one);prasterone (dehydroepiandrosterone, DHEA);testosterone及下列代謝物或同分異構物：
5α- androstane-3β,17β-diol;androst-4-ene-3α,17α-diol; androst-4-ene-3α, 17β-diol; androst-4-ene-3β, 17α-diol; androst-5-ene-3α, 17α-diol; androst-5-ene-3α, 17β-diol; androst-5-ene-3β, 17α-diol;4-androstenediol(androst-4-ene-3β-17-diol);5-androstenedione(androst-5-ene-3,17-dione);epi-dihydrostestosterone;3α-hydroxy-5α-androstan-17-one;3β-hydroxy-5α-androstan-17-one;19-norandrosterone;19-noretiocholanolone
其他同化性物質包括下列但不僅限於下列：
Clenbuterol, tibolone, zeranol zilpaterol
S2荷爾蒙及相關物質
以下之禁用物質包含其他具有類似化學結構或相似生物作用的物質及釋放因子：
1.紅血球生成素；
2.生長荷爾蒙(hGH), 似胰島素生長因子(IGF-1)、肌力增長因子(MGFs)
3.性腺刺激素(LH, hCG)
4. 胰島素
5.腎上腺皮質刺激素
S3 Beta –2作用劑(致效劑)
所有的Beta –2作用劑包含其右旋與左旋同分異構體都是禁用藥物，使用時，均需申請治療用途豁免證明。
惟吸入的方法使用formoterol, salbutamol, salmeterol及terbutaline預防及/或治療氣喘，及運動引發的氣喘/氣管緊縮者需填報治療用途簡要申請表。即使獲得治療用途豁免，若檢驗室通報salbutamol濃度(自由態加葡萄糖結合態)大於1000ng/mL，亦視為陽性反應，惟如選手能證明此異常狀態為使用吸入性salbutamol治療之結果則不在此限。
S4具抗雌激素活性之藥物
下列抗雌激素物質為禁用物質
1.Aromatase抑制劑包括但不僅限於：
anastrolzole, aminogluthetimide, exemestane, formestane, letrozole, testolactone
2.選擇性雌性素感器調節體(Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators-SERMs)亦在此列但不只限於下列：
raloxifene, tamoxifen, toremifene
3.其他抗雌激素物質亦在此列但不只限於下列：
clomiphene, cyclofenil, fulvestrant
S5利尿劑及其他干擾劑
禁用利尿劑和其他干擾劑。
干擾劑如下列但不僅限於下列項目：
利尿劑*,epitestosterone, probenecid, alpha-reductase inhibitors(如：finasteride, dutasteride)
血漿擴張劑(如:albumin, dextran, hydroxyethylstarch)
利尿劑包括:
acetazolamide, amiloride, bumetanide, canrenone, chlortalidone, etacrynic acid, furosemide, indapamide, metalazone, spironolactone, thiazides(如bendroflumethiazide, chlorothiazide, hydrochlorothiazide), triamterene
及其他具有類似化學結構或相似生物作用之物質。
禁用方法
M1增加氧氣運輸
禁用下列方法
1.違規輸血。違規輸血是指在醫療用途以外，使用自體移植、同源或異體的血液、或任何來自紅血球細胞之製品。
2.以人為方式增加氧氣吸收、運輸或傳送氧氣，包括且不僅限於超氟化合物、efaproxiral(RSR13)以及改造的血紅素產品(例如代用血液、微膠囊血紅素製劑)及其他具有類似化學結構或相似生物作用的物質。
M2化學及物理操作
1.竄改或企圖竄改來改變運動禁藥管制採樣作業之完整與有效性；包括且不僅限於靜脈注射*、導尿法及代用尿液。
2.如非合法之醫療用途，靜脈注射在禁止之列。
M3基因禁藥
禁止使用非醫療性之細胞、基因、基因成分，或調節基因樣貌以提升運動成績。

賽內禁用物質及方法
除S1-S5及M1-M3所規定禁用物質及方法外，下列規定物質賽內禁止使用。
禁用物質
S6興奮劑
以下為禁用之興奮劑，包括其光學(D-及L-)異構物：
Adrafinil, adrenaline*,amfepramone, amiphenazole, amphetamine, amphetaminil, benzphetamine, bromantan, carphedon, cathine**, clobenzorex, cocaine, cropropamide, crotetamide, cyclazodone, dimethyamphetamine, ephedrine***, etamivan, etilamphetamine,etilefrine, famprofazone, fenbutrazate, fencamfamin, fencamine, fenetylline, fenfluramine, fenproporex, furfenorex,heptaminol, isometheptene, levmethamfetamine, meclofenoxate, mefenorex, mephentermine, mesocarb, methamphetamine(D-), methylenedioxyamphetamine, methylenedioxymethamphetamine, p-methylamphetamine, methylephedrine***, methylphenidate, modafinil, nikethamide, norfenefrine, norfenfluramine, octopamine, ortetamine, oxilorfrine, parahydroxyamphetamine, pemoline, pentetrazol, phendimetrazine, phenmetrazine, phenpromethamine, phentermine, prolintane, propylhexedrine, selegiline, sibutramine, strychnine以及其他有相似化學 結構及生物作用***之物質。
*腎上腺素併用局部麻醉劑或局部使用(例鼻用及眼用)則不在禁止之列。
**Cathine如於尿液中濃度高於5μg/ml則視為禁用物質
***ephedrine及methylephedrine如於尿液中濃度高於10μg/ml則視為禁用物質
****下列物質包括2006年監控計畫物質不視為禁藥
bupropion, caffeine, phenylephrine, phenylpropanolamine, pipradol, pseudoephedrine, synephrine
S7麻醉性止痛劑
下列為禁用之麻醉藥：
buprenorphine, dextromoramide, diamorphine(heroin), fentanyl及其衍生物, hydromorphone, methadone, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, pentazocine, pethidine
S8大麻鹼素類
禁止使用大麻鹼素(例如：印度大麻、大麻葉)
S9腎上腺皮質類固醇
禁止以口服、經直腸、靜脈注射或肌肉注射方式使用腎上腺皮質類固醇。使用時，須取得治療用途許可。
除下所述，所有其他給藥途徑都需提出治療用途簡要申請書。
皮膚、耳、鼻、口腔、眼部疾病等外部用藥則不在禁用之列，不需提醫療用途豁免申請。
特定運動種類的禁用物質
P1酒精(Alcohol)
酒精(乙醇)僅在下列運動之賽內禁用。檢驗方式為呼氣分析/及或驗血。禁用標準依各單項運動總會規定如下：
飛行運動(FAI) (0.20g/L)
射箭(FITA) (0.10g/L)
汽車賽車(FIA) (0.10g/L)
撞球(WCBS) (0.20g/L)
滾球(CMSB) (0.10g/L)
空手道(WKF) (0.10g/L)
現代五項(UIPM) (0.10g/L)
機車賽車(FIM) (0.10g/L)
賽艇(UIM) (0.30g/L)


P2交感神經BETA阻斷劑(Beta Blockers)
除另有規定外，交感經BETA阻斷劑僅在下列運動之賽內禁用：
飛行運動(FAI) 射箭(FITA)(賽外亦禁用) 汽車賽車(FIA) 撞球(WCBS)
雪車(FIBT) 滾球(CMSB) 橋牌(FMB) 西洋棋(FIDE)
冰壼(WCF) 體操(FIG) 機車賽車(FIM) 現代五項(UIPM)-射擊之運動項目
9瓶保齡球(FIQ) 帆船(ISAF)-僅雙人配對賽 射擊(ISSF)(賽外亦禁用)
滑雪(FIS)(跳躍滑雪、自由式雪板) 角力(FILA)
交感神經阻斷劑包括但不僅限於下列所示：
acebutolo, alprenolo, atenolol, betaxolol, bisoprolol, bunolol, carteolol, carvedilol, celiprolol, esmolol, labetalol, levobunolol, metipranolol, metoprolol, nadolol, oxprenolol, pindolol, propranolol, sotalol, timolol

所有 Beta 阻斷劑
禁用物質清單
如檢測出上述清單物質係為醫學上允許使用而非濫用藥物且並無故意違規者，如選手能證明使用是項物質並無增進運動表現且非故意使用者，可以減輕處罰。

2006年監控計畫

1.興奮劑
a)僅限於賽內：Bupropion, caffeine, phenylephrine, phenylpropanolamine, pipradrol, pseudoephedrine, synephrine
b)賽外：Adrafinil, adrenaline, amfepramone, amiphenazole, amphetamine, amphetaminil, benzphetamine, bromantan, carphedon, clobenzorex, cocaine, cyclazodone, dimethylamphetamine, etilamphetamine, etilefrine, fenbutrazate, fencamfamin,fencamine, fenetylline, fenfluramine,　fenproporex, furfenorex, mefenorex, mephentermine, mesocarb, methamphetamine(D-), methylenedioxyamphetamine, methylenedioxymethamphetamine, methylphenidate, modafinil, norfenfluramine, parahydroxyamphetamine, pemoline, pentetrazol, phendimetrazine, phenmetrazine, phentermine, prolintane, strychnine
