在雜誌上看到一種訓練法,叫做 tourniquet training (中文:止血帶訓練??)
它是一種阻力訓練搭配血流阻斷(vascular occlusion)的訓練法,研究發現低強度的阻力訓練搭配tourniquet training,可以使肌肉產生肥大的適應,並增加肌力。
